When your customers need to file a claim, we’ll do everything we can to resolve it quickly and fairly. We were the first to introduce Crashbusters®, our mobile claim service that brings an appraiser directly to your customer’s door to assess damage and in many cases, issue a check on the spot. Customers can take their company car, van or truck to a repair shop of their choice, or use one of Plymouth Rock's referral shops.

The Plymouth Rock Repair Guarantee

Your Plymouth Rock Assurance customers can choose any registered repair shop to fix their insured vehicles. If they have repairs made at a Plymouth Rock referral shop, we’ll guarantee the quality and workmanship of repairs for as long as they own or lease the vehicle.
