At Plymouth Rock Assurance, we make it easy to check the status of a claim following an auto accident.

Simply choose one of the following options:

• Call your claim representative with any questions you may have - he or she will be there to help you through the process.
• If you don't have your claim representative's number you can call our general number at 617-951-1000, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET and we will be happy to connect you to your claim representative.
• Log in to your eServices account and select Claim Information to see:
  • Details about your claim
  • Payments Plymouth Rock has made
  • The name of the adjuster assigned to your claim
