Of the 160, 58 completed the surveys. Companies were evaluated on each criterion on a 10 point scale with 10 being excellent and 1 being poor; survey results shown above represent the percentage of surveyed body shops that gave Plymouth Rock or other companies a score of 9 or 10 based on this scale.
