Find an Auto Repair Shop
As a Plymouth Rock Assurance customer, you can select any registered repair shop you like to fix your vehicle.
If you have any questions about repairing your vehicle, please call your claims representative at 617-951-1000.
If you select one of our referral shops, you will be entitled to the following;
- The only out-of-pocket expense you will pay to repair the covered damage is your deductible.
- We guarantee the work fully for as long as you own or lease your car.
- You will never be “balanced billed” by the shop.
Of course, you are free to select a registered auto repair shop that is not one of our referral shops. However, in that case, we will not guarantee the repairs.
Please note: Some accidents cause damage that an appraiser cannot see during initial inspection. If you learn your repair costs will exceed the amount shown on your appraisal, ask your auto repair shop technician or service manager to contact us at 617-951-1000.
