Massachusetts Auto Repair Shops

State law requires that auto body repair shops register and post a bond or letter of credit of at least $10,000 with the Massachusetts Division of Standards. By law, Plymouth Rock cannot pay for repair work done by an illegal, unregistered shop.

Our list of registered repair shops contains the name of every registered auto body repair shop in your county. You may choose any shop which appears on this list to repair your vehicle.

Repair shops shown in bold text are not only registered shops, but also Plymouth Rock referral shops, selected for their commitment to provide our customers with quality repair work. If you choose a referral shop, Plymouth Rock not only pays the covered amount for your repairs, but also guarantees the work. You are free to select a registered shop that is not one of our referral shops, but Plymouth Rock will not guarantee those repairs.

Sometimes, an accident will cause damage that an appraiser cannot see during initial inspection. If you are told that your repair costs will exceed the amount shown on your appraisal, ask your repair technician or service manager to contact us at 617-951-1000.

We do our best to provide you with the information you need and the True Service® you deserve. If you have questions about repairing your vehicle, please call us at 617-951-1000.
