How to Report a Claim

Following an auto accident, please call Plymouth Rock Assurance right away at 888-324-1620.

Representatives are available to take your call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In most cases, we'll set up an appointment during your call to assess the covered damage to your auto. With our Crashbusters^® vans and Door-to-Door Valet Claim Service^®, we'll be there when you need us.

We can also help you with comprehensive coverage in the event of fire or theft. (If you purchased comprehensive coverage for your auto.)

• If your auto is damaged in a fire, first notify the local fire department.
• If your auto has been stolen, first notify the police department in the city or town where the auto was located at the time of the theft.

Whatever the nature of your claim, as our Pledge of Assurance^® says, we handle all claims professionally and with care to make things as easy for you as possible.
